As a result of their continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Civil/ Structural Engineer/ Engineering Manager. The successful candidate must have experience of working with consultancies, architects and design contractors specialised in the areas of HV & EHV Substations.
Ideally, applicants will be educated to degree level within the fields of Civil/ Structural engineering and will also be a Chartered Engineer..
You will be responsible for the planning, direction and co-ordination of operations of the entire department whilst ensuring that current systems implemented are maintained and help employ new procedures which increase operating efficiencies.
A background in managing people is essential, as is the ability to liaise internally with other engineers of different disciplines.
