Our client is a global organisation delivering turnkey solutions to clients in both the Public & Private sector, their Energy Management team provide a full range of services from energy surveys, certification & benchmarking to the provision of integrated utilities management with the Hard and Sort facilities management assets. They are currently recruiting for an Energy Advisor to carry out Energy Audits, identify opportunities for energy / cost savings and provide EPC, DEC & AC inspections.

Our client is a global organisation delivering turnkey solutions to clients in both the Public & Private sector, with over 10 years' experience and a specialist team of Energy Advisors and Assessors, our client is uniquely placed to deliver a fully integrated Energy Management service to their clients. Key clients include; MOD, Local Authorities, Local Education Authorities & Met Police.
THE ROLE:
To provide advice on efficient use of utilities across wide range of clients in Public & Private sector.
Carry out energy audits of the client's estate.
Carry out Energy Benchmarking and route and branch surveys of utility metering.
To set energy targets and monitor energy consumption.
Deliver energy training to Facilities Maintenance / Management teams.
Provide reports and prepare business cases for energy conservation projects
Identify opportunities for investment in energy saving.
Provide EPC's and DEC's as required by the EPBD
Undertake AC inspections and produce reports as required by the EPBD
Provided support in providing reports as required by CRC
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Applicants must have experience in the provision of utility management.
Applicants must be able to work well with a variety of levels of personnel.
Degree in Building Services or Energy management preferred, Low Carbon Consultant would also be beneficial
Ideally you will be a Member of or working towards Member of CIBSE or EI
Low Carbon Energy Assessor
Previous experience of Energy Management
Previous delivery of EPC's, DEC,s and/or AC inspections
KNOWLEDGE OF:
Utility consumption reporting and Building Services.
