Qualifications: Degree qualified and have good analytical skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team based skills are essential. Ability to deal with conflicting priorities. Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who works well both in a team environment and individually. High professional standards. Passion for continuous improvement, drive to find and implement best practice processes. Computer literate. Fluent written and spoken English. Must be EU / EEA citizens or residents.
Experience: Reporting to the Manager of Estimating the candidate will be principally responsible for the preparation of Services and Total Erected Cost (TEC) estimates. Ideally will possess an engineering background. Experience in estimating environment. Ideally an in depth understanding of Refining, Petrochemicals and Upstream Oil and Gas Processes including estimate practices and norms. Determination and the highest integrity. An excellent communicator able to work at all levels of the organization. Candidates will possess a clear and simple presentation style and emphasise the importance of clear and concise information.
