PHOTOVOLTAIC SALES MANAGER FOR THE FRENCH MARKET
The Role
* Developing new & maintaining existing customer base
* Ensuring all sales activates adhere to legal & ethical codes & practices
* Generating revenue & company profits
The Candidate
My client has been very specific about the calibre of candidate that they require to join their rapidly expanding organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a young, dynamic & ambitious PV Sales person to develop a brand new market and help build recognition and market share of an already established name.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* Native or bi-lingual level of French + English. German is advantageous but NOT ESSENTIAL
* Previous experience IN THE FRENCH PHOTOVOLTAIC MARKET is vital
* Ideally 5+ years of Photovoltaic/Solar Sales Experience - preferably B2B Sales
* Technical knowledge of PV/Solar Systems & Components
* Knowledge of legislative issues concerning Photovoltaic/Solar Plants & Systems
* Ability to build ling lasting relationships with customers & suppliers
* Previous experience of dealing with local French authorities and lobbying
* Excellent communication & presentation skills as well as cultural awareness
* A pragmatic & hands-on approach to the role
* Flexibility & willingness to travel
Typically you will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline with additional PV Sales experience.
Reporting directly to the French General Manager, you will join a small business unit in Lyon which will grow in line with your success in the French market.
