Hamilton Parker is currently recruiting for an Electrical/Electronic biased Project Manager to work within a power electronics company. For this Project Manager position you will need to have experience of at least one of the following:-
- Substations
- EHV or HV equipment
- Power electronics
- Transmissions
- Power systems
- Transformers
- Distribution of electricity
Within this position you would have responsibility for turnkey projects from £2 million to £200 million. The nature of these projects means you would have large number of subcontractors to manage as well as a vast internal team of engineers. More often than not there are a number of stakeholders involved in each project and they are usually situated in a number of different countries. Experience of dealing with complex multinational projects would therefore be very beneficial.
This role is a permanent position and is based in the West Midlands. Salary wise we have a salary bracket of £40 - £47k. This is discretionary for my client. Those who fit more of the specification will be able to justify the higher salary.
