We`re very excited about being able to offer this innovative twist on the standard referral scheme.

Usually, these schemes work by rewarding the referrals of candidates looking for jobs. But this is where we`ve changed things... now we want to know about clients that are looking for workers - and we`ll pay you for this knowledge too.

It may be that one of your colleagues is looking for new contractors, or your line manager or HR department are recruiting new permanent staff... but if we don`t know about it already, and as a result of your referral we go on to make just a single placement, we`ll pay you £250.

That referral fee is for every placement that we go on to make too* - so if it`s a big project that is being recruited for, it could mean a substantial personal payment to you!

It`s really easy to make your referral too go to[link removed] and fill in the form with your information.
