We are currently recruiting for senior engineers to join their Sustainability team, ideally from a building services background you will be able to both develop energy & carbon management strategies for new build developments and carry out inspection of existing buildings to produce energy statements / audits and identify areas where energy efficiency can be improved.

THE ROLE:
They are currently recruiting for senior engineers to join their Sustainability team, ideally from a building services background you will be able to both develop energy & carbon management strategies for new build developments and carry out inspection of existing buildings to produce energy statements / audits and identify areas where energy efficiency can be improved.
Key Skills / Services Delivered:
Carry out comprehensive energy surveys
Building services inspections (inc plant room, CHP & district heating systems)
Thermal imaging, CFD modelling & Air tightness tests
Energy audits & performance benchmarking
Energy policy and strategy implementation
Advice on and implementation of energy-saving initiatives
Carbon management
Design input & advice for planning and Part L compliance / EPBD
Advice on renewable energy, metering and procurement
Economic viability and funding arrangements
BREEAM assessment
Client training and awareness
